History of the Minnesota Chauffeured Transportation Association
In the decade of the 1980s, the Minnesota Limousine Owners Association (MLOA) was formed to serve the owners of limousine companies at a time when the modern-day, chauffeured ground transportation industry was in its infancy and limousines were first becoming popular. In the 1990s, the organization progressed in step with the industry, and today it is the MCTA (Minnesota Chauffeured Transportation Association) that encompasses and entire range of professional vehicles and services in an industry not limited to only limousines.
